  • You struggle with the guilt that comes with taking time for yourself. People say you need to take care of yourself first, but you have a hard time believing that.

Best part? It’s free!

Imagine having a gentle creative practice that allows you to sink into the present moment and safely express yourself.

Instead of staring at a blank page and having a hard time figuring out what to paint, you get specific prompts every day using minimal supplies to make it easy to complete. Plus, you can erase that guilt about taking time for yourself when you can do each daily prompt in under 10 minutes a day.

You can experience the joy of doing it for the process instead of needing to finish something. It’s all about creating a space for mindfulness, presence, and curiosity. That’s part of the goal. The other major goal is allowing yourself to relax in a creative space where you can express yourself freely without any judgment.

It’s all about play.

Hey there, I’m Jen, and I know you have a creative spark just waiting to flare to life.

After years of believing I couldn’t paint, I finally found my groove in 2019 with mark-making and intuitive art practices. Using watercolor, acrylic paints, and lots of mark-making tools, I began to feel freedom in my creative soul.

Did you know that wondering if you’re good enough is a common thought among artists? Even those who do it every day. The trick is to do it anyway, to find the joy in the process. To realize it’s never a waste of time or money to use art supplies when it can provide you with a space to lower your stress levels and increase your joy.

Through it all you begin to discover who you are, what you like, and why you do the things you do. That my friend, builds confidence in how you were uniquely created and it spreads into other areas of your life.

A soulful expression of who you are will emerge in and around the pages you create over the next 30 days.

I’ve had the joy of walking the path you’re about to embark on and I know you’ll get to experience playfulness, peace, and presence.
